Reach your basketball goals….

School is back in session! Parents are happy, some are sad… Kids are excited until their brand new outfits wear off. It’s a new grade, a new curriculum, a higher level of learning. During this time of the year, most people are not thinking about basketball. Most are trying to adjust to the new routine, new bedtime, new teachers even new friends, without getting that extra basketball lesson in. Believe me, I understand the change in focus. However, the longer you are away from basketball training, the harder it will be to get back on track. My advice is to keep training to all those who are wanting to achieve their goals and are striving to become great Basketball players. When the other player is adjusting to his/her schedule, you will already be switching to the next level of intensity and improvement. Train while they sleep, Shoot while they are playing video games, Run while they are watching MTV. Take this opportunity to improve! It only takes 20 minutes a day to get better.
